1. Who we are
For the purposes of this policy, Jiangxi Pinhui Packing Products Co., Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through phpacking.com. Our registered address is Building 46, International Furniture City, Sanqingshan West Avenue, Guangxin District, Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province, China.

2. What we collect, and when
We only collect personal information when you actively submit it through one of our forms or contact us directly. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts that profile visitors, or any background data collection beyond standard web-server logs.
2.1 RFQ form (/get-quote/)
The Request for Quote form collects:
- Your name, company, work email, country (required)
- Phone / WhatsApp, role (optional)
- Project information: categories, volume, target delivery date, project brief
- Uploaded design files or reference images (optional)
- Your preference on NDA and newsletter opt-in
2.2 Sample request form (/sample-request/)
The free sample pack form collects name, company, work email, phone (optional), shipping address, and the sample types you'd like included. Address data is used only to ship the sample pack and is retained for shipping-history records.
2.3 Direct email or WhatsApp
Any information you send directly to sales@phpacking.com or via WhatsApp is retained in our customer correspondence records.
2.4 Server logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) logs basic request metadata: IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for operational monitoring and security purposes and are not joined to any other identifying data.
3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)
We process your personal information for these purposes only:
- To respond to your RFQ or sample request. Lawful basis: contract / pre-contractual measures.
- To fulfill an order you place with us. Lawful basis: contract.
- To send the monthly newsletter if you opted in. Lawful basis: consent — you can unsubscribe via link in every email.
- To maintain operational security and prevent fraud. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
- To comply with legal record-keeping obligations (tax, customs, food-safety traceability). Lawful basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed:
- Web3Forms (USA) — processes RFQ and sample-request form submissions, then forwards to our inbox. Their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare (USA) — DNS, CDN, and hosting infrastructure for phpacking.com. Industry-standard data processing agreement in place.
- Email service provider — receives our outbound emails to you.
- Shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, freight forwarders) — needed to deliver samples or production orders.
- Customs and regulatory authorities — only as required by law for cross-border shipment.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) — under confidentiality obligations, as needed.
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with marketing or advertising platforms.

6. International transfers
PINHUI operates from China. If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with cross-border data transfer restrictions, your personal information will be transferred to China for processing. We rely on appropriate contractual safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required) for these transfers.
7. Your rights
7.1 Under GDPR (EU / UK)
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten") subject to legal retention obligations
- Restrict or object to specific processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured format

Email sales@phpacking.com with subject line "Privacy request" and your request type. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests involving sensitive data.

phpacking.com does not currently use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g., session cookies if we add login functionality in the future) would only be used after explicit consent where required by law.
If we add web analytics or other cookie-based services in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be added for EU / UK / CA visitors in line with applicable law.
9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information: TLS encryption in transit, access controls on our internal systems, segregation of customer project data, and limited retention windows. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we treat your information with the same care we apply to our customers' confidential commercial information.
10. Children
phpacking.com is a business-to-business website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our practices evolve or as regulations change. Material changes will be flagged by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For substantial changes affecting how we process your information, we will notify active customers by email where appropriate.
