What food categories do you actively pack for?
First-tier (current production): chocolate, coffee, tea, bakery cookies, snack nuts, dried fruits, supplement powders. Second-tier (case-by-case): pet treats, refrigerated bonbons, frozen pastries. We don't currently pack liquid food (sauces, beverages) — our bags are dry-fill only.
Smallest order you accept?
250 units on digital print for first-time SKUs. 1,000 for standard flexo (kraft, recyclable laminates). 5,000 for rotogravure (full-color premium stocks). Blister and board packs start at 500 due to tooling and assembly economics.
Can you supply both the bag/box and the food inside?
We supply packaging only. We do not co-pack or contract-manufacture food. Some clients use a separate co-packer who fills our bags; we can recommend partners in Yunnan (coffee) and Guangzhou (chocolate) if helpful.
What's your lead time floor?
18 days from artwork sign-off for digital-print stocks (printed foil, wraps, sheets). 22–25 days for rotogravure-printed foil, laminate and foil bags. 25 days+ for lidding and blister packs needing seal trials or custom tooling.
Do you handle FBA prep?
Yes — FNSKU pre-stickering, retailer-spec case-pack, palletizing, and direct freight to Amazon FCs via partner forwarders. Available for any of our packaging SKUs at no per-unit upcharge, only freight pass-through.
