Will the lid seal to my cup?
We match heat-seal lacquer to your exact rim substrate (PP, PS, PET, PVC or glass) and run lab seal trials against your cup before production. Send a sample cup with your RFQ and we'll confirm the seal window and peel force.
Peelable or weld lids?
Peelable lids open by hand with a clean 2–6 N/15mm peel (milk, yogurt, jelly); weld (lock) lids are permanent and tamper-evident, opened by piercing. We tune the lacquer to your choice.
Wet-glue or self-adhesive beer labels?
Wet-glue (cut & stack) metallised paper suits high-speed returnable and one-way glass lines with ice-bucket wet strength; pressure-sensitive (PSL) suits craft, spirits and short runs. We make both.
Do the labels survive ice and condensation?
Yes — we apply wet-strength and condensation-resistant finishes so labels stay put and legible through chilling, ice buckets and wet handling.
What's the MOQ?
MOQ varies by format — die-cut lidding and printed labels typically run from a few hundred thousand pieces or a reel. Send your spec and volumes and we'll quote per format.
Can you metallise and emboss for a premium look?
Yes — vacuum-metallised paper, cold/hot foil accents and emboss are core to our beer and spirit label work, with Pantone-referenced colour matching.
