Metallised face, wet-strength body:
shines on the shelf, survives the ice bucket.
A beer label that curls or peels in the ice bucket is a brand failure.
Beverage labels fail when they curl, peel or smear in condensation and ice. We build on wet-strength stock with wet-glue or conformable PSL adhesives, and verify wet rub and adhesion every run. For lidding and seals, see our lidding & labels hub.
What buyers ask before placing an order.
Wet-glue or self-adhesive (PSL) labels?
Wet-glue (cut & stack) metallised paper suits high-speed glass lines — returnable and one-way — with ice-bucket wet strength and the lowest unit cost at volume. Pressure-sensitive (PSL) suits craft brewers, spirits and short or variable runs. We make both.
Will the label survive ice and condensation?
Yes — we print on wet-strength stock and use adhesives rated for chilled, wet and ice-bucket conditions, then test wet rub and adhesion on every run so labels don't curl, peel or smear.
Can you do metallic and embossed looks?
Yes — vacuum-metallised paper, cold and hot foil accents, emboss and spot UV are core to our beverage label work, with Pantone-referenced matching to ΔE < 2.0.
Body, neck and back labels?
All of them, plus custom die-cut shapes, supplied cut & stack, on reel or in sheets to match your labelling line.
What's the MOQ?
From 50,000 labels per design. Short PSL runs for craft and pilot batches are possible at a higher unit price; high-volume wet-glue runs get the best per-label cost.
What's the MOQ and can I get samples?
From 50,000 labels per design, 18–22 days. Short PSL runs are possible for craft and pilot batches; we send printed samples on your stock (with foil/emboss) to wet- and ice-bucket-test before ordering.
