Soft-temper foil, embossed for grip:
tears clean, wraps tight, takes the heat.
Heavy-duty means gauge: 14–18µm resists tearing on a hot grill.
Grill and oven foil takes mechanical and thermal abuse, so gauge matters: 9–11µm for everyday wrap, 14–18µm heavy-duty for direct grilling and catering trays. Embossing adds a non-stick texture and tear control. See our aluminium foil guide.
What buyers ask before placing an order.
What thickness counts as heavy-duty?
9–11µm is standard household wrap; 14µm is heavy-duty; 18µm is extra heavy-duty for direct grilling and catering steam-table trays. Heavier gauge resists tearing and holds shape better but costs more per metre.
Why emboss the foil?
Embossing adds a textured surface that improves grip and tear control, reduces sticking to food, and gives a premium look on retail rolls. Plain bright foil is lower cost and more reflective.
Can you private-label the boxes?
Yes — full private label and co-brand on colour boxes, cutter boxes and shrink packs, printed to your artwork. This is one of our highest-volume OEM lines for retailers and catering distributors.
Rolls, pop-up sheets or pre-cut squares?
Rolls suit retail and general catering; interfolded pop-up sheets speed up high-volume wrapping (burger/deli lines); pre-cut squares suit portion wrapping. We supply all three — see also our pop-up foil sheets page.
Is it safe at oven and grill temperatures?
Yes — aluminium foil is stable from roughly -20°C to 250°C, well within grill and oven ranges, and is food-contact safe both sides. We supply FDA/EU migration documentation with every order.
What's the MOQ and can you private-label small runs?
From 5,000 boxed units or a 1-tonne reel, 18–22 days. We private-label colour and cutter boxes from the first run, and send a sample box plus a foil swatch so you can check gauge and emboss before ordering.
