A burger wrap must hold hot-food grease for the whole drive home.
Burger wrap fails when grease strikes through onto the tray or bag, or when ink isn't food-safe. We calender and coat for a Kit 7–9 grease rating and print only food-safe inks. For pop-up dispensing, pair with our pop-up foil sheets.

What grammage for burger wrap?
30–35gsm is the QSR standard — light, foldable and economical. 40gsm suits heavier, greasier items or a more premium hand-feel. We'll match grammage to your product and machine.
Dry-wax, PE-coated or plain greaseproof?
Plain MG greaseproof handles light grease; dry-wax adds grease + some moisture resistance and is heat-friendly; PE-coated gives the strongest moisture/leak barrier for wet, greasy hot food. Dry-wax is also the PE-free route.
Can you print our brand full-bleed?
Yes — up to 8 colours flexo, edge to edge, with food-safe inks. We keep Pantone-referenced colour targets on file for repeat orders.
Pre-cut sheets, pop-up or reel?
All three. Pre-cut sheets for counter wrapping, interfolded pop-up sheets for high-volume lines, or reel for automatic wrappers. Sizes 12×12 to 16×16in plus custom.
Do you offer plastic-free wrap?
Yes — dry-wax and compostable grease-resist coatings give grease resistance with no PE layer, for brands cutting plastic. Ask for our PE-free and compostable options.
What's the MOQ and can I get printed samples?
From 10,000 sheets per design, 15–20 days. We send printed samples on your chosen substrate (greaseproof / dry-wax / PE) so you can grease- and heat-test with hot food before ordering.
