Interfold geometry decides whether sheets pop one-at-a-time or jam.
Pop-up performance is about the interfold, not just the foil — sheets must separate one at a time at line speed without tearing or jamming. Paper-backed foil gives the stiffness that makes the pop reliable while staying foldable around hot food. Related: burger wrapping paper.

What makes a pop-up sheet 'pop'?
The interfold — each sheet is folded so pulling one lifts the edge of the next, dispensing single sheets from a box at line speed. Getting >98% single-sheet dispense depends on fold geometry and sheet stiffness, which is why paper-backed foil performs best.
Plain foil or foil-paper backed?
Plain foil sheets are cheapest and most flexible. Foil/paper-backed sheets are stiffer (better pop, less jamming), print sharper for branding, and feel more premium — the usual choice for QSR and branded delis.
Can you print our logo?
Yes — up to 6 colours flexo on the paper face of foil-backed sheets, plus full private-label dispenser boxes. Plain foil is typically left unprinted.
What sheet sizes do you offer?
9×10.75in, 12×10.75in and 14×16in are standard, plus fully custom sizes cut to your wrapping spec. Sheet-size tolerance is ±2mm.
Are they grease- and heat-resistant?
Yes — the foil gives heat and grease resistance for hot burgers, sandwiches and deli items, and all constructions are food-contact safe with FDA/EU documentation supplied.
What's the MOQ and can I get samples?
From 20,000 sheets per design, 18–22 days. We send a sample dispenser box so you can test single-sheet pop-up dispensing on your line and check print before committing to a full run.
