Are these foils safe for direct food contact?
Yes — every food-grade foil and laminate ships food-contact compliant to FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 + 1935/2004, with a migration test report from an accredited lab included in the shipment. Bare (lacquer-free) aluminium is never specced for acidic, salty or dairy contact.
What's the MOQ across the foil range?
Printed foil and foil-paper typically run from 1–2 tonnes or 10,000 sheets per design depending on product; plain BBQ / pop-up foil can run smaller. We tune MOQ per product — see each product page or send an RFQ.
Can you match colours and emboss patterns?
Yes — coloured lacquer, metallic shades, hot foil and linen/logo emboss across the foil lines. We hold Pantone-referenced targets on file and target ΔE < 2.0 against a physical reference.
Do you supply reels, sheets and pop-up formats?
All three — reel-to-reel slit stock, flat sheets, interfolded pop-up sheets, die-cut squares and pre-folded blanks. Formats and web widths are cut to your line spec.
Which foil thickness for which job?
8–12 µm soft-temper for chocolate / ice cream inner wrap; 9–18 µm for BBQ and pop-up; 30–50 µm with heat-seal lacquer for lidding. Below 9 µm, pinhole risk rises — we supply pinhole test data on request.
Can you laminate foil to my paper or film?
Yes — foil-to-glassine, foil-to-MG, and foil + PE-extrusion coated paper are core capabilities, plus foil-lined paper bags. Tell us your barrier target and we'll spec the stack.
