What bag styles do you make?
Block-bottom (box pouch), flat-bottom, side-gusset and flat pouches, in sizes from 50g sample bags to 1kg and custom. Block-bottom is the premium coffee/tea standout; flat pouches are most economical.
Can you add a coffee degassing valve?
Yes — one-way degassing valves for fresh-roasted coffee, plus zippers and tin-ties for reclosable formats. Valves and closures are applied in-line during bag-making.
Is the paper outside or the foil outside?
The printable paper (kraft or white kraft) is the outer face for that craft retail look; the aluminium foil sits inside as the barrier ply, with a food-safe PE sealant as the inner food-contact layer.
How long is the shelf life?
The foil ply pushes OTR below 0.5 cc/m²·24h — a near-total oxygen and aroma barrier — which supports long shelf life for coffee, tea, powders and snacks. We'll model expected shelf life from your product and target.
Can you print our brand?
Yes — up to 9 colours gravure with matte, gloss or soft-touch finish and spot varnish on kraft. Pantone-referenced matching kept on file for repeat orders.
What's the MOQ and can I get samples?
From 10,000 bags per design, 20–25 days. We send a 3D bag proof and physical samples (with your valve/zipper option) so you can check fit and seal on your filling line before production.
