A cone sleeve must hold a melting scoop without going soggy.
Cone paper has to resist the grease and moisture of a melting scoop while looking sharp at the counter. We calender for grease hold and print food-safe inks bright on a white or kraft face. For butter/baking grades see butter & greaseproof paper.

Pre-formed sleeves or flat wrappers?
Pre-formed cone sleeves slip straight onto the cone for fast counter service and a premium look; flat wrappers and square sheets are cheaper and more flexible for hand-wrapping. We supply both, plus die-cut shapes to your dieline.
Will it go soggy with a melting scoop?
No — we calender the greaseproof base for a Kit 7–9 grease rating and wet strength that holds soft-serve and gelato through service without strike-through or collapse.
Can you print our branding?
Yes — up to 8 colours flexo or gravure with food-safe inks, on bleached white or natural kraft. Pantone-referenced matching kept on file for repeat seasonal runs.
White or kraft?
Bleached white prints brightest and reads clean/premium; natural kraft suits artisan and eco positioning. Both are food-contact safe — an aesthetic choice.
Do you offer plastic-free cone paper?
Yes — PE-free and compostable greaseproof options give grease resistance without a plastic coating, for brands cutting single-use plastic.
What's the MOQ and can I get samples?
From 50,000 pieces per design, 15–20 days. We send sample sleeves or wrappers in your size and print so you can test fit on your cones and grease resistance before ordering.
